ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Valeora and any person making a purchase on the myvaleora.com website. Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered are those listed on the website at the time of the order. Valeora strives to present the products as accurately as possible. Minor variations may exist between the photo and the actual product.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Valeora reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is that in effect at the time of order confirmation. Delivery costs are indicated separately before confirmation.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER

The order is confirmed by sending an email summarizing the ordered products, the total price, and the delivery address. Valeora reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or an incorrect address.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via Shop Pay. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments. The debit is made at the time of order confirmation.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

Valeora delivers to France, Europe, and worldwide. Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation, regardless of the destination, without additional charges. In case of exceptional delay, the customer will be informed by email. Valeora cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to: contact@myvaleora.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Return costs are borne by the Customer. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed or opened for hygiene reasons.

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS

Valeora guarantees its products against any lack of conformity in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the Customer must contact Valeora within 2 years of delivery.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. The Customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES

In case of dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts will have jurisdiction. French law is applicable to these GTC.
