How do I use the soap?
Apply the soap to the affected damp area, lather, and leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes before rinsing. For best results, use it 1 to 2 times a day regularly.
Is the soap suitable for all skin types?
The soap is formulated for daily use on the face and body. In case of very sensitive skin or an allergic reaction, stop use and consult a doctor. Not recommended for children under 3 years old.
How long will it take to see results?
Results vary depending on the person and the severity of the infection. Generally, regular use for 2 to 4 weeks allows for visible improvement. For persistent cases, consult a healthcare professional.

Can I return my soap if I am not satisfied?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided the product is unopened and unused. Unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What if I receive a damaged product?

It can be used from 6 years old. For younger children, whose skin is thinner, it is preferable to seek medical advice.
